Welcome to Zykaa Security Solutions. By accessing our platform and placing wholesale or B2B orders, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. B2B Corporate Credit & Ledger

Verified businesses may be granted a Corporate Credit limit. Purchases made via credit are subject to Net-30 or Net-60 payment terms as agreed upon during verification. Zykaa reserves the right to suspend credit limits or withhold delivery if outstanding balances exceed the agreed limits or timeframes.

2. Pricing and GST

• All prices displayed on the portal are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.
• Applicable GST (e.g., 18% for standard electronics/CCTV) will be calculated at checkout and clearly mentioned in the final tax invoice.
• Buyers must provide a valid GSTIN to claim Input Tax Credit (ITC). Zykaa is not responsible for ITC mismatches due to incorrect GSTIN submission.

3. Shipping and Fulfillment

Orders are dispatched from our primary warehouse in Rawatsar, Dist-Hanumangarh. While we strive for timely delivery, transit times may vary. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery of the goods to the carrier.

4. Returns & Warranty

Goods once sold are generally not eligible for return unless defective upon arrival. Defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. All security hardware is covered by the respective manufacturer's warranty, and Zykaa will assist in facilitating warranty claims.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rawatsar, Dist-Hanumangarh, Rajasthan.
